Return Policy

We will refund your order if you have postmarked the return within 30 days from proof of delivery of the product. You agree to follow the recommended treatment plan, and if you do not have a whiter smile by your 5th treatment, send the product back in its original package with all of the original contents and a copy of the proof of delivery. The product must be in good working order, refunds will not be granted if the Whiten™ Luminator is damaged and not working due to misuse.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

  1. 1 Year Limited Warranty: This warranty for the Whiten luminator base (the “Base”) is provided by Whiten, LLC, 565 South Cedar Street, Imlay City, Michigan 48444, United States.
  2. Read this First: Your warranty is invalidated if you do any of the following:
    • · Disassemble or attempt to disassemble the Base.
    • · Get the Base wet or allow moisture to get inside of the Base. An indicator inside the Base will be triggered in the event the circuit board or the battery is exposed to moisture.
  3. What it Covers: We warrant the Base against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. During this warranty period, if a defect arises in the Base and you follow the instructions for returning the Base, we will, at our option and to the extent permitted by law, either (i) repair the Base using either new or refurbished parts, (ii) replace the Base with a new or refurbished Base, or (iii) refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the Base. This limited warranty applies to any repair, replacement part or replacement Base for the remainder of the original warranty period or for one year, whichever period is longer. All replaced parts and Bases for which a refund is given shall become our property. This limited warranty applies only to hardware components of the Base that are not subject to accidents, misuse, neglect, fire, water, moisture, disassembly, attempted disassembly or other external causes, alterations, repair or commercial use.
  4. Instructions: For specific instructions about how to obtain warranty service for your Base, please contact Customer Support using the contact information provided in this guide. In general, you will need to deliver your Base in either its original packaging or in equally protective packaging to the address specified by Customer Support.
  5. Limitations: TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WHITEN, LLC OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE TO YOU, ANY USER OR THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE. THE WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES, AND WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ALL STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS. IF WE CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, THEN TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY AND TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT SERVICE. THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY STATUTORY RIGHTS, WHICH MAY NOT BE DISCLAIMED.
